Official FAQ
- How is FormWise different from just using ChatGPT?
- ChatGPT is a general assistant. A FormWise SmartForm or CoPilot is a branded product built on your specific methodology, deployed inside your client's workflow, and producing a real deliverable. Your client logs into your portal, not OpenAI's. Your knowledge grounds the response, not the model's defaults. Your output is a structured Artifact, not a chat thread.
- Do I need to know how to code?
- No. The Agent Builder Wizard handles the build. You describe what your client needs, and the Wizard generates a working SmartForm or CoPilot draft. The manual builder is there if you want to refine the workflow, but most operators ship their first product without touching it.
- Where does my data live? Is it used to train models?
- Your Notebooks knowledge stays inside FormWise. We don't share your data with model providers for training. End-user context stored in Toolset User Notebooks is scoped per user and per Toolset.
- What happens when the AI doesn't know something?
- SmartForms and CoPilots are grounded in your Notebooks. If the answer isn't there, the product responds based on the methodology you've uploaded, not by guessing. You control how strict that grounding is.
- Can my products take actions in my other tools?
- Yes. Native integrations to GoHighLevel, Stripe, QuickBooks, Shopify, HubSpot, and 295+ others let your SmartForms and CoPilots read and write live data. They can pull real revenue numbers, draft real invoices, and update real CRM deals.
- How much does it really cost?
- Pro at $107/month billed annually. Agency at $190/month billed annually. Both include credits, white-label branding, and a 7-day free trial. No API keys required. No per-user fees. See pricing for full details.
