- Credits power actions in illustration.app. Generating an image costs 1 credit per output. Vectorization (SVG export) and Image Upscaling each cost 1 credit per use. Animating an illustration into a GIF costs 5 credits because it runs a more expensive AI motion model. If you have an active subscription, we use your subscription credits first; if those run out, we use any regular (top-up) credits on

- Open any illustration in the Playground or your Library, choose 'Animate to GIF' from the actions menu, and we add subtle AI motion before returning a looping GIF you can download. It takes around 30-90 seconds, runs in the background, and costs 5 credits per animation.
