- Do I need a subscription to use Upsampler?
- No. You can start on the free Starter plan and simply buy credits as you go, with no recurring charge and no subscription required. Credits you buy this way never expire. If you use Upsampler regularly, a monthly plan lowers your price per credit and raises your limits, but it is entirely optional.
- Do my credits expire?
- Credits you buy directly, either one-time or through auto-refill, never expire and stay in your account until you use them. The only credits that reset are the monthly credits included with a paid plan, which refresh on your billing date each month and do not roll over.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel yourself in one click from your billing page, with no need to email us. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you are never charged again after that. Credits you bought as one-time purchases stay in your account, but any unused monthly plan credits do not carry over once you are on the free plan.
- What if a job fails or I'm not happy with the result?
- If a job fails because of an error on our end, the credits it used are automatically refunded to your account.
