Does my client know the call is being recorded?

No. Nothing signals it on their end: no beep, no "this call is being recorded" message, no bot joining the phone call. They pick up, or you call them, and the call goes exactly as usual, on your own number. VoxNote works on your end only. You can also keep a phone call out of VoxNote in 2 ways: exclude the contact ahead of time, or stop the transcription mid-call. Call transcription rules vary fro

How is my data encrypted?

All your data is protected with banking-grade AES-256 encryption — both at rest and in transit. Your passwords and credentials are encrypted individually with unique keys, so your information stays unreadable even in the unlikely event of unauthorized access.

Are the phone calls themselves secure?

Your calls run on the same enterprise telecom infrastructure used by banks and healthcare providers, carried over a private network instead of the open internet. Recordings and transcripts are encrypted, and we never sell or share your data.

Does it work for incoming calls, outgoing calls, or both?

Both. Once call forwarding is set up, your incoming calls are captured on their own. For outgoing calls, you dial from the VoxNote app and your client still sees your own number. You never press record.

Is VoxNote available on Android?

Not yet. VoxNote is currently iPhone-only but the Android version will launch in the coming months.

Does VoxNote work with AirPods and Bluetooth devices?

Absolutely! Whether you're at your desk, in your car, or walking between meetings with AirPods in, VoxNote captures the full call. It works with any audio device your iPhone supports, and switching devices mid-call won't interrupt the recording.
