- When should we use Fillo?
- Use Fillo when the form belongs inside your product: onboarding, support, feedback, intake, file requests, and approvals that need your route, components, account context, or ongoing maintenance.
- Can my coding agent set Fillo up end to end?
- Mostly. Your agent installs the Build-with-Fillo skill, provisions the form, adds it directly to your app, and gives you a live preview. You claim the workspace to keep it, and connect external accounts yourself when an OAuth or account-level decision is required.
- Can I use my own design system?
- Yes. Fillo renders accessible HTML controls directly inside your app, not an iframe. Start with the default renderer and restyle it, replace fields with your own components, or use the headless hooks.
- Where do uploaded files go?
- For durable storage, connect Google Drive, Box, Amazon S3, or Cloudflare R2. File bytes upload browser-direct while Fillo keeps the response and durable file reference together. Temporary Fillo transit storage is capped and short-lived; the current limits are published on the pricing page.
- What does Fillo cost?
- Free includes 200 completed responses a month with no time limit. Everything is free for 30 days, then €35 ($39) a month for 5,000 responses. Extra responses are €0.007 ($0.008) each. Every render method is included on both plans.
