熔断器是一种自动故障保护机制。当某个提供商通道出现故障时，熔断器会暂时停止向其路由流量，防止级联故障。在冷却期后，它会测试通道并在健康时恢复流量。这确保您的应用获得 99.9%+ 的正常运行时间。
