What is Cargo?

Cargo is GTM infrastructure for coding agents. You declare your go-to-market as a git repository of TypeScript, your coding agents write it, and Cargo runs it: one data model, maintained connectors, execution that retries, and a trace of every run.

What is a self-driving go-to-market?

One that runs without somebody holding it up: it starts on a trigger rather than a reminder, retries itself when a step fails, and leaves a trace of what it did. On Cargo that is data models, tools, plays, context, territories and agents, declared in your repo and deployed with one command.

How do I start a Cargo GTM repo?

Run npx @cargo-ai/cli@latest project init my-gtm. It scaffolds a GTM repo, runs git init, writes the first commit, installs the Cargo skills, and can create the GitHub remote. Then point a coding agent at it: the same play can be asked for in Claude Code, written as CDK TypeScript, or run from the CLI.

Which coding agents work with Cargo?

Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI, Devin and Replicas. All six read the same skills, call the same MCP server, and write the same workspace in TypeScript through the CDK. Cargo can also start Devin and Replicas itself, from a play or from a failed batch.

How do I get started?
